The space
The house is a mansion from the 50s in the most exclusive neighborhood in Havana, the Siboney residential neighborhood, very quiet, private, and exclusive.
Very close is the Club Habana, Marina Hemingway, the CIMEQ Hospital (the most important in Cuba), the Convention Palace, restaurants, shops, etc.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a huge room with its bar and en-suite bathroom, as well as the 2nd room on the ground floor. The dining room, living room and kitchen, which is large and equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
UPPER FLOOR: On the 2nd floor is the Master bedroom with showers, sinks and double jacuzzi, dressing room, balcony, etc. The other 2 rooms share the 2nd bathroom which also has a jacuzzi and one of these rooms with its private balcony overlooking the front garden of the house.
THE PATIO: The patio has several seating areas, a portal at the exit of the living room, an outdoor dining area with a table for 12-14 people, an outdoor kitchen with oven, grill, a large and quiet garden in the patio and the pool. with sun loungers, shower and full bathroom for changing and bathing.
